Dr. Langley completed his undergraduate degree at Dalhousie University, followed by an internship in internal medicine and a fellowship in dermatologic surgery at the University of Toronto. He furthered his training at Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School, and later joined the faculty at Harvard Medical School, where he served as Director of the Clinical Investigations Unit. Since 2000, he has continued his work as a leader in dermatological research and education at Dalhousie University.

Dr. Langley is internationally recognized for his expertise in psoriasis and atopic dermatitis, with a focus on biologics and new immunotherapies. His extensive experience as a principal investigator in over 350 Phase 1–3 studies enables MTC³ clients to benefit from his deep understanding of the clinical and research landscapes for these conditions.

As a Founding Partner of MTC³, Dr. Langley provides high-level guidance to MTC³ clients, leveraging his research and clinical expertise to support impactful decisions in dermatology. Dr. Langley has served on the scientific steering committees for all biologic treatments approved for psoriasis, contributing to study design, result analysis, and the global communication of pivotal research findings. He is also a regular reviewer for major journals, including The Lancet and The New England Journal of Medicine, further influencing the field with his insights.
