Professor Warren graduated with first-class honors in Pharmacology from Liverpool University, quickly followed by his medical degree with honors, receiving top marks in Medicine and Surgery. His career in dermatology has focused on pharmacogenetics, the genetic basis of psoriasis, and developing novel therapies for managing inflammatory skin conditions. He holds an honorary consultant position and serves as Head of Centre at Manchester, UK.

With a specialty in inflammatory skin diseases, particularly psoriasis, Professor Warren has been the lead global investigator on numerous phase 1-3 trials. His expertise in pharmacogenetics and his role in major clinical trials enable MTC³ clients to benefit from his deep understanding of therapeutic strategies and innovative dermatology solutions.

As a Founding Partner of MTC³, Professor Warren offers clients high-level insights into dermatological treatments and research advancements. His extensive background ensures MTC³ provides cutting-edge consulting services, especially in pharmacogenetics and innovative therapies for complex skin diseases.

Professor Warren is the immediate past Academic Vice President for the British Association of Dermatologists (BAD) and serves as the EU Editor in Chief for Dermatology and Therapy. He is also the Chief Investigator of BADBIR, a leading global pharmacovigilance study, and Medical Director of the NIHR Clinical Research Facility at the Salford site of the Northern Care Alliance, reinforcing his role as a leader in dermatological research and pharmacovigilance.

Professor Warren has authored over 300 peer-reviewed publications, including prominent papers in The Lancet and New England Journal of Medicine. Recognized internationally, he has received multiple awards from the British Association of Dermatologists and the American Academy of Dermatology. With over two decades as an invited plenary speaker at major dermatology conferences, Dr. Warren’s contributions continue to shape the field.
